We would like to ask you to design a logo for us! If we pick your logo design, you win:

Logo requirements

What we are looking for is a logo and/or icon. You can browse our Web site to understand who we are.

The logo need not resemble the style of our current Web site, because that is just temporary. In fact, based on your logo design (if we pick you as the winner) we will develop a corporate design (and maybe ask you to do so).

The logo could create a visual link between InitMarketing and Open Source software by using syntax such us:

• Init(Marketing): Follows the syntax of a function call in various programming languages.
• >InitMarketing_: Resembles the syntax of a shell command.

Maybe you know of other notations that might be applicable? Or probably this is no good idea at all?

For the logo contest, we ask you to provide your logo design in low resolution JPG or PNG format. The winner will be asked to provide the logo to us in high resolution and vector format as well.

Deadlines

• Deadline for submissions: March 31st 2008
• Announcement of winner: April 7th 2008

By submitting your logo design, you agree to fully transfer your copyright to InitMarketing. Your design must not include any other copyrighted materials for which any license is required. Don’t include anything which might possibly cause offense.
